MPB hosts a Oxford Nanopore sequencing workshop.

We are happy to host Maximilian Schmidt, from Juelich Forschungszentrum (Germany) for two virtual exchange events that will take place on May 13. Given his experience in long read sequencing of plant genomes, Maximilian will share his results and insights with the Molecular Plant Breeding group and many other participants from other ETH departments, UZH, Agroscope, and ZHAW. All participants will have the opportunity to contribute with their own research and exchange expertise.
