Transient application of prime editing in apple protoplasts and characterization of CRISPR apple lines allowing host-pathogen interaction studies

Jonathan Ohnmacht is joining the Molecular Plant Breeding group as a Master student to explore the transient application of prime editing in apple protoplasts and to characterize CRISPR apple lines allowing host-pathogen interaction studies. His work is part of a collaboration between Molecular Plant Breeding at ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich and will be primarily supervised by Dr. Giovanni Broggini and Laura Herold (UZH).
